Money Market Funds and Sweep Features
First Republic Securities offers Dreyfus and Federated money market funds and maximizes the yield to the client through taxable and tax-free alternatives. These money market funds can be linked to a client's brokerage account for automatic sweeping of cash balances. Additionally, these money market funds can be linked to a First Republic Bank checking account. With a single phone call, clients can move balances back and forth between a money market fund and their checking account.
Our clients can also elect the convenience of using their First Republic Bank checking account to settle brokerage activity.
