You can enroll multiple computers for Enhanced Login Security.
If you attempt to log in to Business Online from an unenrolled computer, you will be presented with two of the five security questions that you chose at enrollment. If you answer them correctly, your online banking session will be allowed to proceed. You will also be prompted to enroll this computer. Do not enroll if using a public computer.
If are not able to answer the two questions correctly, you will be presented with an additional two questions from your original five. This will be the final allowed attempt. If these questions are not answered correctly, you will need to contact the First Republic Bank Business Services team at 1-800-221-9777, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time).
