
The User Maintenance option permits the company administrator to add, modify and delete individual users and designate the services and accounts that they are permitted to access. User Maintenance lets you create a "profile" for each user. This profile includes a unique individual User ID and secure Password, as well as permission settings that enable the user to access specific accounts and services.

Select the user to update from the drop-down menu.
Edit the User's login details as necessary.
Select the accounts and functions each individual user may access.
Click Update when finished to save the changes.
