Application checklist
You will need to provide the following:
Company
- Three years' financial statements including balance sheet, profit and loss, and most recent interim statement if available
- Three years' federal tax returns
- Account receivable and accounts payable aging
Pricipals
- Three year federal tax returns, including K-1s, if applicable
- Personal financial statement, including verification of liquid assets
