First Republic provides lending facilities to help small and medium sized companies. We lend to all forms of corporations, partnerships, non-profits, and sole proprietorships throughout California and New York. Customized business credit available to you include:

Revolving Lines of Credit

A First Republic Line of Credit is designed to assist companies in financing their working capital needs. You can borrow as much or as little as you require. Monthly payments are interest-only with principal due at maturity (generally 12 months).

Term Loans

Term loans are a lump-sum disbursement used to supplement the cash flow of your business. Term loans of several years are available, depending on need and qualification. If desired, you can pay interest-only for up to 12 months.

Owner Occupied Real Estate Loans

First Republic Bank offers a variety of real estate purchase and refinance solutions tailored to suit your investment objectives.We are proud to offer a wide variety of fixed and floating rate alternatives — using some of the most progressive rate structures available in the market place (including LIBOR, COFI and Treasury-based indices).

Stand-by Letters of Credit

Stand-by Letters of Credit are issued to assure payment between various parties. They guarantee payment to the beneficiary in the event of nonperformance or non-payment by the Bank's client.

Business Credit Card

Business Cards from OPEN from American Express^SM
are designed to help small business owners and their companies succeed. Card members are able to track, control, and limit business expenses. In addition, the cards come with automatic savings for select business purchases. Please speak to your Relationship Manager or Preferred Banker for additional information.

Eagle One Loans/Lines of Credit

First Republic understands the pressures of business and the need for timely action. With our Eagle One Loan, you will have a response to your loan submission within 24 hours. And the paperwork is an easy one-page application.
