Direct Deposit is the electronic transfer of funds from an organization into the checking or savings account of employees, retirees, vendors or shareholders.

You can use Direct Deposit to facilitate the deposit of:

  • Social security funds
  • Annuities
  • Dividends and interest payments
  • Bonuses and commissions
  • Pensions
  • Expense reimbursements
  • Vendor payments and more

To sign up for Direct Deposit

If you already have a First Republic checking account and would like to establish Direct Deposit, print out the Direct Deposit Application below, and complete the bottom half of the form. Contact your employer's Human Resources Department or the Benefits/Shareholders department of other companies that make these payments and submit this form to them.
