Before sending your first payment online, you must set up one or more designated billers. A biller can be any company or person that you send a payment. Many corporate billers are equipped to accept electronic payments and might be found listed in our system’s database of nationally recognized billers. Search for your biller in our database, and if found, the known details will automatically insert into the appropriate fields. For payments sent to small companies or to a person, the biller’s full details will need to be entered manually.The system will save the biller’s contact information for future payments, so this only needs to be entered once.

Click Quick Add to add a biller by phone number.This is a great feature to add a biller when you don’t know the biller’s address.You can even enter your own phone number and see if you are in the database.

Or, use the Custom Add feature to add a biller using the respective options.
