Balanced Portfolio Overview
The balanced portfolio strategy involves a customized blend of our equity strategy and our high quality fixed income strategy. These customized portfolios are designed to benefit from market advances while providing protection during market declines and corrections. In addition, the portfolio maintains a predictable flow of income.
Balanced portfolios are fully invested. The equity portion consists of customized stock selection and the fixed income portion consists of a combination of treasuries, mortgage or asset back securities, municipal bonds and investment grade corporate bonds. Portfolios are constructed with a balance that best meets each client's needs.
