Indemnification
Holdback (retain portion of sale) - Sale of business
- Target will be at least $1 million in cash with a one year duration
- Minimum annual fee of $5,000
Subscriber escrow (hold subscriptions for companies raising capital)
- Up to 250 subscribers
Litigation escrows
- Hold funds until pending judicial resolution
We generally do not handle other types of escrow accounts, such as sales of real estate, liquor businesses, and business assets.
