Karin J. Barber, CTFA - Senior Trust
Officer
Ms. Barber joined First Republic Trust Company and First Republic
Investment Management in 2006. Prior to First Republic, Ms. Barber
served as a Vice President and Trust Officer for U. S. Trust
Company, where she was employed since 1994. Prior to her employment
with U.S. Trust Company, Ms. Barber worked in Puget Sound
Bank’s (now known as KeyBank of Washington) Private Banking
Division. She received a B.A. in Political Science from Lawrence
University in 1985 and obtained a Masters in Business
Administration degree from City University in 1994. Ms. Barber
holds the professional designation of Certified Trust and Financial
Advisor, and is currently pursuing her Certified Financial Planning
license.

Kathleen Barr, CTFA, CISP - Senior Trust
Officer
Ms. Barr joined First Republic Trust Company and First Republic
Investment Management in 2006. Prior to First Republic, she served
as Vice President and Senior Trust Officer for U. S. Trust Company
beginning in 1995, and Vice President and Senior Trust Officer for
Wells Fargo, from 1993 to 1995. Kathleen’s previous
experience also includes 13 years as an Assistant Vice President
& Trust Officer at Bank of California, N.A. in Portland,
Oregon. Kathleen holds the professional designation of Certified
Trust and Financial Advisor, and Certified IRA Services
Professional. She is also a member of the Portland Estate Planning
Council.

Scott Duttenhaver, CFP®, CTFA, CISP - Senior Trust
Officer
Mr. Duttenhaver joined First Republic Trust Company and First
Republic Investment Management in 2006. Prior to First Republic, he
served as Vice President and Senior Trust Officer for U. S. Trust
Company beginning in 2000, and Vice President and Senior Trust
Officer for Wells Fargo, from 1997 to 2001. Scott’s previous
experience also includes 7 years as Vice President, Senior Trust
Officer and Manager of the Eugene, Oregon office of First
Interstate Bank. He received a B.S. degree in Finance from the
University of Oregon in 1975 and has over 25 years experience in
Trust Administration and Personal Finance. Mr. Duttenhaver is a
member of the Portland Estate Planning Council and holds the
professional designations of Certified Financial Planner©,
Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, and Certified IRA Services
Professional.
