My interview experience with First Republic was unbelievable.
Over the course of a day, I met with seven individuals representing four different departments and received a tour of the office. I was impressed by how welcoming and client-focused everyone was throughout the Bank.
My career path has progressed at First Republic.
I have always been in the world of training and development, and I enjoy seeing people learn. I had the privilege of starting in Deposit Services, where I worked with the Call Center, Online Banking and Banker Helpline teams. It was so valuable to see how colleagues connect with clients on the phone and online. I contributed to a training curriculum that helped the team grow in knowledge and prepare for the rollout of the consumer online banking platform. Two-and-a-half years ago, I transitioned to the Relationship Manager Development Program, a new opportunity to blend my love of learning with the needs of the Bank.
I am honored to continue helping First Republic grow and develop.
I have helped design and implement a training program for new Relationship Managers that focuses on First Republic’s credit culture, products and services, and sales skills. The first phase of the training program lasts six months, and I work closely with each of the participants and their mentors to ensure they have an exceptional learning experience.
