My interview experience with First Republic was thorough and impressive.

I interviewed for a Senior Analyst role and met with several members of the Lending Services team. I remember walking away thinking, “Wow First Republic takes hiring and their culture dynamic very seriously.” It made it more of a compliment when I received an offer to join the team.

Working at First Republic, there are so many “best parts” of the job.

I truly enjoy my team and my colleagues. Also, First Republic is a growing organization and with growth comes opportunities to work in new areas. We get to wear multiple hats and — because of the strong entrepreneurial culture — we actually get things done, which is very motivating.

My career path at First Republic started almost five years ago and has led me to where I am now.

I joined First Republic as a Senior Analyst where I helped establish the Risk Control Self-Assessment Program and worked on the completion of the first risk assessments. Throughout my time, I was promoted to manager and then director.
