Alan and Barbara Marks met in Manhattan on a blind date, got engaged five months later and launched headlong into their ambitious lives. Graduates of Wharton and Harvard Business School, they led significant business careers until they switched gears to pursue their passion for theater, eventually becoming Tony Award–winning Broadway producers.
