Dodie Gumaer is a Managing Director and Wealth Advisor at First Republic Investment Management.

In her role as a Wealth Advisor, Ms. Gumaer is responsible for advising clients on all aspects of their wealth management needs. She has dedicated her career to private banking and investment industry. Prior to joining First Republic in 2006, she spent nine years at U.S. Trust Company and previously worked at Citibank, where she graduated from the Citibank Institute for Global Finance, M&T Bank and Bankers Trust.

Active in her local community, Ms. Gumaer is a Trustee of the Hartley House, a nonprofit that provides social and educational services to the Hell’s Kitchen community (2004–present), and the Allendale Columbia School in Rochester, New York (2020). She previously served on the boards of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (2008–2016) and The Seeing Eye guide dog school in Morristown, New Jersey (1989–2005). Ms. Gumaer received a bachelor’s degree in Political Economy from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, and is a graduate of the American Bar Association’s National Trust School.
