Susie Cranston

Ms. Cranston has been with First Republic since 2013 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2022. Ms. Cranston previously served as Senior Executive Vice President of First Republic Private Wealth Management and Head of Wealth Services. Ms. Cranston is a board member of the Commonwealth Club and authored a book on women and leadership, How Remarkable Women Lead. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked for McKinsey & Company for 12 years, consulting on strategy, risk management and transformational change for financial services companies.
