- To send a wire through Corporate Online, sign in to your account and proceed to the Wire Transfers tab.
- Select Single Wire on the top menu bar and then select what type of wire you need to send. Available wire types include:
- Domestic Template – Sending a wire to a previously saved domestic recipient.
- Intentional Template – Sending a wire to a previously saved international recipient.
- One-Time Domestic – Adding a new domestic recipient, which can then be saved as a template to make recurring/future sends easier.
- One-Time International – Adding a new international recipient, which can then be saved as a template to make recurring/future sends easier.
- On the next screen, complete all required fields with details of the wire such as amount, pay from account, beneficiary and account information.
- Once all required fields have been completed, click Queue.
- Within the Wire Transfers tab, the queued wire will show as Pending approval. Corporate administrators, or users with wire approval capability, will need to approve and release the wire payment using their digital token.
