1. Sign in at firstrepublic.com/bankingonline.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click Secure Sign In.

2. Verify your identity.
- Select a phone number or email address where you’d like your code to be sent.
- Retrieve this code from the phone number or email address you selected.
Note: Additional contact options may be added by calling Banking Online Support at (855) 886-4819.

3. Enter your code.
- Type in the code you received.
- Click Submit.
Note: Click Back to send a new code or select a different contact option.

4. Set your new password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password.
- Click Submit.

5. Review Terms & Conditions.
- Click the check box next to I agree to the Digital Terms of Use to agree to updated terms and conditions.
- Click Agree to continue.

6. Go paperless.
Click Agree to opt out of receiving documents from
First Republic in paper form.

7. Register your device.
If you are on a trusted computer, click Remember Device to bypass code verification going forward. When using a public computer to sign in, click Do Not Remember Device.
Note: Registration is specific to each different browser or computer you use.

8. Sign-in is complete.
