First Republic Bank (NYSE:FRC), a leading private bank and wealth management company, today announced that Dagny Maidman, Chris Chase, and Erik Ralston have joined First Republic from Credit Suisse.  All three were named Managing Director and Portfolio Manager.

“Dagny Maidman and her team have been one of the leading wealth management groups in San Francisco, and we’re very pleased they have joined First Republic to serve their clients and grow their business,” said Katherine August-deWilde, President of First Republic Bank. “First Republic’s commitment to exceptional service and its full range of products and services are the reasons a growing number of leading wealth managers are choosing to work with us.”

Over the past several years, First Republic has significantly expanded its wealth management business in its urban coastal markets through significant organic growth, the acquisitions of Constellation Wealth Advisors and Luminous Capital, and the hiring of a number of well-recognized wealth management teams.

First Republic Private Wealth Management complements First Republic’s comprehensive private banking and business banking services.
