    • How does Eagle Gold All-in-One differ from other student loans?

      Many student loans contain special features, such as forbearance periods, hardship deferment options, and income-based repayment plans. These features will no longer be available if your current loans are refinanced into an Eagle Gold All-in-One. You may also reduce the period during which you must repay your student loans. Consider these factors carefully when choosing whether to refinance your existing student loans. Additionally, you may be giving up certain tax benefits associated with the interest paid on student loans. Please consult with your financial and tax advisors to see if student loan refinancing is right for you.

      • One single monthly payment

      You must have a First Republic ATM Rebate Checking Account with automatic loan payment and direct deposit of main source of income. Minimum $500 to open an ATM Rebate Checking account. A monthly fee will apply if minimum monthly average balance of $3,500 is not maintained. Monthly fee waived for first three months; monthly fee is currently $25.00. Without auto debit and direct deposit, the rates will be as listed plus 5.00%. Rates are effective as-of February 1, 2016. The loan amount must be between $60,000 and $300,000. All loans are subject to First Republic’s underwriting standards. Terms and conditions apply.     Variable interest rate is based on 3-month LIBOR index plus margin.  The interest rate and monthly payment will increase or decrease when the index changes. LIBOR is rounded up to the next highest one-eighth (1/8) of a percentage point. Lifetime rate cap is 8.95% for 5-, 7- or 10-year term and 9.95% for 15-year term. If at any time during the term of the loan, borrower terminates automatic loan payment or direct deposit, the variable rates will be as listed plus 5.00% and, such increase is not subject to the lifetime rate caps.  Floor rate is 1.50% for 5-year term, 1.90% for 7-year term, 2.60% for 10-year term and 3.05% for 15-year term.
