Investing in Our Communities

At First Republic, not only do we provide extraordinary service to our clients, but we also provide it to our employees and the communities that we serve. In the first months of 2016, our efforts to serve our communities and our employees took a number of forms. Here are a few highlights:

  • Community Awards: In early March, San Francisco’s Community Youth Center named First Republic Bank its 2015 Corporate Partner of the Year for its work in providing financial education to youth in underserved neighborhoods in San Francisco.
  • First Republic Scholars: We continued to grow the presence of our First Republic Scholars Program. First Republic’s Scholars Program is the centerpiece of First Republic’s financial literacy initiatives. The Scholars Program is an online, financial literacy course delivered to public elementary schools and high school students across the nation.
  • Employee Benefits: For our employees, we continue to expand our benefits package. Our company wide minimum wage is now $20 an hour. New mothers now have 12 weeks of paid maternity leave. All employees enjoy a $45 a month fitness stipend. And that’s just the beginning. Learn more about our careers and comprehensive benefits package.
