Required Information and Loan Application Forms

TO BETTER PREPARE YOU FOR APPLYING FOR A RESIDENTIAL LOAN, WE HAVE ASSEMBLED A LIST OF ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO GET THROUGH THE PROCESS QUICKLY.

1. FINANCIAL INFORMATION NEEDED

All applicants:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Most recent bank and brokerage statement for assets (including retirement assets), plus:
A salaried employee:
  • Two years federal tax returns; three years if loan is over $500,000
  • Recent paystubs for the past 30 days.
Self employed:
  • Three years federal tax returns
  • Most recent company profit and loss statement and balance sheet
A general partner (over 25% interest):
  • K-1s and federal general partnership tax returns
  • Operating Agreement and LLC-1, Articles of Incorporation.
A limited partner:
  • K-1s
Incorporated:
  • Three years federal corporate tax returns
  • Most recent profit and loss statement and balance sheet
2. NECESSARY PURCHASE/REFINANCE DOCUMENTS

Purchasing your property:
  • Purchase agreement
  • Name and phone number of insurance agent
Refinancing your property:
  • Copy of insurance policy
  • Agent's name, phone number and policy number
