David C. Tateosian
 
David Tateosian is President of First Republic Securities Company, a position he assumed in 2003, where he is responsible for building and growing the firm’s investment management, brokerage, foreign exchange, insurance and overall wealth management businesses. He is a member of First Republic Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management committee and works on the Bank’s deposit funding.

Before joining First Republic, Mr. Tateosian was senior managing director of brokerage and trading services for PreferredTrade, Inc., in San Francisco, California, and spent 10 years at Fidelity Investments, part of which he served as vice president and manager of Fidelity’s retail investor centers in San Francisco and Palo Alto, California.

Mr. Tateosian earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program. He is an Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. He also served on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SF/SPCA) from 2005 through 2015 and is presently a member of its Investment Committee. He currently is the Vice President for the San Francisco Youth Hockey Association, where he serves on the Board of Directors and volunteers as a coach.
