  • You can always check this page for updates, but know that we will also share important information via mail and/or email. To update your mailing and/or email address on file with us, reach out to your banker or contact our Client Care Center at (888) 408-0288.

  • First Republic accounts will transfer to JPMorgan Chase in phases over time. We’ll always notify you in advance of any account transfers. Until your deposit accounts have been transferred, you can continue to use the same First Republic online banking sites, apps, checks, account numbers, routing numbers, ATM and debit cards, PINs and customer service phone numbers.

  • For in-person assistance with First Republic deposit accounts and lending needs, except residential home lending, you should continue banking at First Republic offices. Go to firstrepublic.com/locations to view First Republic offices near you. We’ll let you know when you are able to visit J.P. Morgan and Chase locations for these accounts.

  • For in-person assistance with residential home lending accounts (mortgages and/or home equity lines of credit), including making payments, you should visit a Chase branch. Go to locator.chase.com to view Chase branch locations near you.

While we may call you on occasion, we will never call, text or email you to request account information such as your user ID, password or one-time secure access code, or to instruct you to move money using Zelle®, wires, or other electronic transfers.

If you receive a request claiming to be from First Republic or JPMorgan Chase asking you to provide account credentials or to send money, please hang up and contact First Republic’s Client Care Center at (888) 408-0288.
