Privacy Policy
Many First Republic accounts have become JPMorgan Chase accounts. If your account was among them, please refer to the Privacy notice you received in your new account disclosures.

Update effective June 21, 2024

First Republic is now part of JPMorgan Chase. On May 1, 2023, JPMorgan Chase acquired the substantial majority of assets and assumed the deposits and certain liabilities of First Republic from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

As used in this Privacy Policy, “we,” “our” and “us” refer to First Republic now part of JPMorgan Chase. “JPMorgan Chase” means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and/or assigns (collectively, “First Republic”).
