• Can I continue to use First Republic online and mobile banking?
  Yes, but you will only be able to view your information, not make any transfers and transactions. We won’t be updating deposit account information, including balances and recent transactions on First Republic channels. You can use JPMorgan Chase online and mobile banking apps to see current balance information and recent transactions and to manage your accounts. See our Deposit Account FAQ pages for access instructions.
  
  We will, however, continue to update balances and transaction information for loan and investment accounts on First Republic online banking and mobile apps for any accounts that haven’t transferred yet. If you need help with those accounts, including making loan payments or transactions, call us at (888) 408-0288. We may not be able to process same-day payments and transactions, so please plan accordingly.
• I need to reset my current password. How do I do this?
  You can reset your password yourself on First Republic Banking Online and the mobile app as well as on Corporate Online. Simply:

  • Go to the sign in page on desktop or the sign in screen on mobile.
  • Select the “Forgot password” link.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts.

  Note: The First Republic mobile app will be decommissioned on September 12, 2024. Users of the mobile app can access Banking Online until December 12, 2024.
• Can I access transaction history and historical statements and documents in First Republic online and mobile banking?
  For First Republic Banking Online and mobile app users: Yes. You can view up to 18 months of First Republic transaction history on your main and account dashboards, and view and save up to seven (7) years of First Republic historical statements and documents. Your information will roll off over time. The First Republic mobile app will be decommissioned on September 12, 2024. Effective December 12, 2024, the First Republic Online Banking platform will be decommissioned and no longer accessible. Download historical statements and documents prior to this date.
  
  For First Republic Corporate Online users: Yes. You can view and save up to 6 months of transaction history from your main account dashboard, up to 18 months of history within Information Reporting, and up to seven (7) years of First Republic historical statements and documents. Your information will roll off over time. Effective December 12, 2024, the First Republic Corporate Online platform will be decommissioned and no longer accessible. Corporate Online

• For how long will I continue to have “view-only” access to Corporate Online?
  Effective December 12, 2024, the First Republic Corporate Online platform will be decommissioned and no longer accessible. Download historical statements and documents prior to this date.
  
  The Corporate Online “updated” experience was decommissioned on June 21, 2024. Users of the “updated” experience can access the “legacy” experience until December 12, 2024. Click here to sign in to the First Republic Corporate Online “legacy” experience.
• I use the First Republic Corporate Token app to sign in to First Republic. Will I have access to the Token app after my accounts transition to JPMorgan Chase?
  Yes. If “token at login” is enabled for your First Republic profile, you will need to continue using the First Republic Corporate Token app to sign in to Corporate Online. The Token app will continue to be available until December 12, 2024.
  
  If “token at login” is enabled for your First Republic profile, but you removed the Corporate Token app from your mobile device or need to reset your token, call us at (800) 221-9777 for further assistance.
• How do I remove Corporate Online access for an admin or a user?
  Contact us at (800) 221-9777 for assistance with making this change.

Corporate mobile app

• For how long will I continue to have “view-only” access to the Corporate mobile app?
  The Corporate mobile app was decommissioned on June 14, 2024. Users of the mobile app can access Corporate Online until December 12, 2024.

First Republic Banking Online

• For how long will I continue to have “view-only” access to First Republic Banking Online?
  Effective December 12, 2024, the First Republic Online Banking platform will be decommissioned and no longer accessible. Download historical statements and documents prior to this date.
